New Video course on the Daily Regimes

I’m excited! I have just uploaded my new Daily Regimes Package. See the Video Courses section.
For many years my students and patients have been asking for a simple guide to inspire them with daily practices. So here it is.
I have found, throughout the many years of working with Ayurveda, that the daily regimes are a simple yet profound way of strengthening immunity and overall health.
This includes mental health.
​Having an easy structure of daily habits helps us to tune in and become mindful. It helps us to see how the ways we are living, and thinking are affecting us.
Nourishing ourselves in these unstable times is more important than ever. So be inspired to jump into, or continue with, these ancient yet relevant techniques.
