Jacinta’s Yoga Journey:
Jacinta read her first yoga book aged 12 and began practicing the next day! She became vegetarian then too, inspired by the philosophy – which was a challenge for the Nun’s at her boarding school! Jacinta became a celibate Raja Yogini in an Ashram in India from aged 19 to 24. She went on to train in a variety of Yoga Paths including Sivananda, Iyengar, Kriya Yoga and Tantra.

For 35 years, Jacinta has been teaching Yoga and meditation, and she weaves this into her life. She continues to teach Yoga trainings, offering asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, women’s health and Ayurveda.

About Kirsten:
Kirsten’s approach to teaching is similar to her approach to life, being light, but grounded, dedicated, mindful and aware, and understanding that personal limitations are inherent in each and every individual. With a smile and a love for teaching, Kirsten seeks to challenge, inspire and release all fears from the students she teaches.

Kirsten is an internationally recognised Yoga Alliance E-RYT yoga teacher with a passion for all aspects of Yoga. She has completed trainings worldwide totalling over 1500 hours as well as her current study, a diploma in yogic philosophy.
Her classes share her love for the practice, a blend of fun, invigorating alignment based vinyasa, soulful yogic philosophy and deep meditation. Encouraging her students to express themselves in their own practice and to be in a place of less reaction, judgement and more self-introspection.
