At the end of February 2021, we will offer a beautiful 3-day all-inclusive experience to dive deep into the principles of Ayurveda and how to apply them in your everyday life. Today I am making a Fresh plant tincture of Bidens. This "weed" is an amazing herb with numerous healing benefits and it grows prolifically here. As well as using as tea and tincture it is also a great bush food! The fresh leaves are yummy as a green in salads or lightly cooked. I also add them to spinach when making one of my favorite dishes - palak paneer!  |
